Fun Facts About Snub-Nosed Monkey 

1. My nose is short and snubby, and it sticks up with little nostrils that face forward. Pretty cool, huh?

2. I live in Asia, mostly in the mountains of China, Vietnam, and Myanmar. Some of us even hang out where it snows!

3. Most monkeys like warm places, but I love the cold! We snub-nosed monkeys are built for chilly weather.

4. I snack on leaves, fruits, seeds, bark, and flowers. Sometimes I even nibble on moss or lichen, yum!

5. I don’t monkey around alone, I live in huge groups of monkeys. Sometimes there are up to 600 of us together! That’s a lot of chatter.
 
6. Some of us, like the golden snub-nosed monkeys, have shiny orange-gold fur and bright blue faces. We look like walking fireballs!

7. When I was a baby, I rode on my mom’s back everywhere she went. It’s the safest (and coziest!) ride in the forest.

8. I’m a tree expert. Climbing, swinging, leaping, I do it all. I spend most of my life up in the treetops!

9. I’m a little shy. If humans come too close, I like to hide up high and keep quiet. I prefer monkey business with my troop!
